INTRODUCING DR. EE-HENG LIM!
We are excited to announce that we welcomed a new team member this summer! Dr. Lim recently moved to Winnipeg from New Zealand with his family. He has a particular focus in ultrasonography, which leads to an exciting new addition to the services we are able to offer at Seasons, and he is keen to share his expertise with our clients!
Born in Malaysia but having spent most of his life in New Zealand after immigrating in the late 80s, Dr. Lim graduated in 2003 from Massey University in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science. For the last 20 years, he has worked in small animal general practice in New Zealand, with brief stints working in England and Australia. Dr. Lim owned a small animal clinic in Auckland, New Zealand, as well as provided an abdominal ultrasound service for clinics there.
With a special professional interest in diagnostic imaging (in particular ultrasonography) as well as internal medicine, Dr. Lim gained his Membership in the Radiology chapter of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in 2009.
With a wife from Manitoba (and a daughter who is also Canadian), a decision was made to move to Winnipeg in 2023 (albeit with a delay of 3 years due to Covid) to be closer to family. In his spare time he has loved surfing as well as scuba diving but is looking forward to learning and enjoying some of the winter activities that Canada has to offer. He is looking forward to continuing to meet all the clients and pets of Seasons!
