Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require six (6) hours notice to do so without penalty.
Should a cancellation occur within six (6) hours of your scheduled appointment, you may be charged the cost of an exam fee in order to book and hold your next appointment. This exam fee will be applied to the new appointment booked, however, it will not be refunded should a second cancellation, ‘no-show*’ or late appointment** occur.
*A ‘no-show’ appointment is one which is missed.
**A late appointment is one in which a client arrives more than 10 min late for their scheduled appointment. It may need to be rescheduled to respect others appointments that will be coming next.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a surgery, we require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice to do so without penalty.
Should you cancel within 2 business days, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit fee in order to rebook. This deposit will be applied to the total bill for the services, however, it will not be refunded should a second cancellation occur.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to work together with you to ensure time is set aside for each client and their pet, and that any cancellations are being managed in a manner that allows us to use that spot to help another pet in need.
