General appointments:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require six (6) business hours notice to do so without penalty.
Should a cancellation occur within six (6) business hours of your scheduled appointment, you may be charged the cost of an exam fee in order to book and hold your next appointment. This exam fee will be applied to the new appointment booked, however, it will not be refunded should a second cancellation, ‘no-show*’ or late appointment** occur.
Should a no-show or late appointment occur, we will require a 50% deposit in order to book or continue to reserve a surgery procedure for your pet. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the surgery, however, it will not be refunded if a no-show or late cancellation (see below) for the surgery occurs.
*A ‘no-show’ appointment is one which is missed.
**A late appointment is one in which a client arrives more than 10 min late for their scheduled appointment. It may need to be rescheduled to respect others appointments that will be coming next.
Surgeries/Dental surgeries:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a surgery, we require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice to do so without penalty.
Should you cancel within 2 business days, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit fee in order to rebook. This deposit will be applied to the total bill for the services, however, it will not be refunded should a second cancellation occur.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to work together with you to ensure time is set aside for each client and their pet, and that any cancellations are being managed in a manner that allows us to use that spot to help another pet in need.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an ultrasound referral appointment, we require six (6) business hours notice to do so without penalty. We ask that you also reach out to your regular veterinary clinic to notify them of your cancellation.
Should a cancellation occur within six (6) business hours of your scheduled appointment, and you wish to rebook, please notify your referring veterinary clinic to coordinate this.
You will be required to prepay for a subsequent booking after a short-notice cancellation. This deposit will hold your subsequent appointment, and be applied to your final bill, however, it will be non-refundable should a second cancellation occur.
